There are some difference betwween right and left side plate.
It's very fragile at this stage.
The balsa sheet side of right plate is gauge for perpendicular.

looking good so far. Dont worry about fragile la brader, when all frame glued it will be tough, some more after covering it, will be very good.. keep us excited with more photos..

I placed the aft deck former and did an alignment check carefully
on the drawing.
Then glued with thin CA.

Landing gear mount is datum for assembly on this J3, so I placed
big water bottle on the gear mount.

My work bench is short for this task, therefore I had to borrow
the dining table from my wife (laugh).

thanks to the wife for the table, borrow her hands also will give extra help..  Grin

you progressing quite fast... look like 2 weeks you will complete the tasks.. if not you have to eat outside (no dinner table)

I removed the cabin top parts from the diecut sheets carefully.
Then made a lightly sand around the edge, and laminated.
I produced a lot of dust that was sucked with vacuum cleaner.
