Need help.

Bought the Pheonix RC + dongle for Futaba.  Installed the software but the dongle does not recognize my Futaba 10CHG 2.4GHz.  Doing the proper new TX setup, the end result is it does not recognize the Futaba TX but only Walkera TX. 

Do a custom TX setup; done all the calibration and channel setting then comes to the last "flaps" setting.  Got a switch for that...."click" then press "next."  Then a box pops up saying an error occurred.  Press either button will shut off the Phoenix.

What to do?  Anyone can help?

I heard that 2.4GHz does not need to set PPM but to change to another model i.e. model 15.





yes you still need to set it to PPM mode in orer to fly it.....it work wonder in my dell laptop...

too bad lah phoenix until now also no usb dongle ... so it only can go genuine ...  haih

Yesterday I've got a usb dongle and pheonix 2.5k from a friend... I've tested it is working fine... Playing the pheonix is much more fun and precise rather than realflight 4.0  really like it... stuck with it for 3 hour continuously.

Currently i am using phoenix version 2.0. and i try to upgrade this program to version 2.5.
unfortunately is's take too long to complete the download... (about 20 hrs using streamyx). anybody can assist me to get this update???...

aik..it takes me around 5 minit to get the download done..if u are nearby..should not be aproblem..i can pass it to you.

I love Phoenix 2.5 sim!!!

Got a Belt CP V2 but can only hover it still, not able to do circle yet.

So I practise it with Phoenix and it does feel the same and really fine tune my fingers as my fingers was too kelam kabut and input too much flying the real thing.

Now I'm hook with Phoenix! Fly till late midnight everyday. Even my friend who tried it also kena severly poisoned as he is upgrading to Trex 250!

Does the sim can run in vista..all of it??? I got 2 sim but can't run in vista. So sad..Both my heli is pending for service,due to crash..huhuuh

Salam, dear all experts..
required ur assistance.... i already completed upgrade my phonix v2.0 to v 2.5 after almost 7 hours to download from internet.( from 1 am to 8am)
my problem is, i can't select which mode i required at training section.
At the radio.. it did't show which mode it is..
