This is to annouce Malaysia Team Champion in RC Helicopter 3DX competition in Singapore National Aeromodelling Championships (NAC) 2009 on 6th and 7th Jun 2009

1st runner up - Agus Lie (Trex ) - Indonesia
2nd runner up - William  (Odin 90) - Malaysia

Top Scorer for category "A" - SlowV (Odin 90) - Malaysia

The most spectators attraction for free style flight ... Ejitra (Knight 50) ...quoted by Malaysia Team

Bravo Knight Malaysia team,

We managed to position ourselves on Top 3 for 3 out of 4 3DX pilots. You are all Malaysian pride and made history to Malaysia RC Helicopters.

Keep it up guys and hope to have more pilots for next international competition participation.

I believe this is a right platform for our authority to start paying more attention to this expanding hobby industry and we have proven ourselves we can reach the international level and recognition. The relevant authority especially Youth and Sport Ministry must realize it as part of sports which brings a good image to the country as well as to promote healthy activities among Malaysian youths.

Really appreciate other constructive comments to improve this RC industry...

CONGRATULATION to our Malaysian Team who had done us proud... ...I will make a full report on your achievement to the MSAF committee meeting which is schedule on 20 June 2009....MSAF President has been informed on your achievement and he is very happy about it. MSAF will be sending letter to Ministry of Sports about your achievement for Palembang and Singapore event...lets hope that we will get some support from the ministry for your next event in Bangkok end of this year.....so sorry I cannot be in Singapore due to commitment at Sungai Rambai....

May we consider arranging for special ceremony to celebrate these 'Truly Malaysian Heroes' toward what they have achieved? This is just part of appreciation to recognize their valuable contributions toward bringing up Malaysian names higher and farther in RC Sport Worlds! At least it will promote and encourage other talented and enthuasiast pilots especially youngsters to come forward and take part actively...

Round 1 ...fixed maneuver on 6th Jun 2009 ... ...all contestants have to take their challenge to fight with the wind and fly under the hot sun, Willaim was the 1st contestant in round 1
